This great metal filler is a multi-purpose putty with an extremely smooth application. It can be applied vertically without running and exhibits high resistance to almost all solvents. It is characterized by very easy sanding and the advantage of withstanding temperatures of 100°C without any distortions.

Suitable Substrates: • Iron, steel plate, glass fiber reinforced plastic/ Original paints or aged topcoat finishes

Surface preparation: • Clean well the surface to be treated with S241 Genclean. Make sure it is dry and free from Silicone, wax, grease and any extraneous material./ On basecoats or enamel top coats, sand and clean the surface before applying the filler.

1 – 3% Hymax hardener/ Potlife 3 - 5 min at 20o C

Application with putty knife

< 30 min at 20o C

4 – 5 min at 1 m

Initial Sanding with P60 – P120 roughing-out/ Final Sanding with P180 – P220 finishing

Composition: Unsaturated polyester resin and mineral charges
